Despite our best efforts, if there are any defects in the product that are due to our fault, we will replace the item for you. Here’s what you need to know about our replacement and refund policy:
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or any damage caused from our end, we will happily replace the item for you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange to deliver the new product to you within 7 days of receiving your complaint.
If there are unexpected delays from our end and we are unable to deliver your product within 10 days of placing the order, you are entitled to request a full refund if you have paid in advance. We understand that your time is valuable and we strive to provide our services as promised.

We ask for your understanding that as a custom print-on-demand service, once an order has been paid for and processed, it cannot be canceled or returned unless it meets the criteria mentioned above.
